For orders placed while signed in to your turfapparel.com turfClub account, sign in and visit your Order History.
Guest Order Tracking
If you placed a guest order (or cannot find an order on your account), check our ORDER NUMBER and enter your order number (i.e., 000000000) and email address to find your order details.
To access tracking details, click on the ”MY ORDERS” button.

If your order has not shipped after three business days, you will receive an email notifying you. Some reasons for the delay could include the following:
• We are experiencing higher order volume during this time
• Item(s) in your order may be on backorder in the next 72 hours
• Item(s) in your order may be out of stock due to high demand
• Shipping address outside of the continental United States
• A payment issue may have occurred while placing the order

If your order ships with FedEx, feel free to set your delivery preferences with FedEx via the FedEx Delivery Manager. This free service provided by FedEx allows customers to receive alerts, provide delivery instructions, require a signature, or request packages to be held at a FedEx facility (Including Walgreens).
Online Orders
If you are not completely satisfied with your adidas order, we offer a full refund within 30 days of receipt. The following restrictions may apply.

Certain items are designated as final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. The product page indicates whether an item is a final sale item. However, if your product is defective and you are legally entitled to a refund, you may contact our customer service to start the return process.

Any seasonal surcharges will be included in your order’s delivery total and are non-refundable.

Because personalized products are made just for you, they are not returnable.

Based on your return history, we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to issue your refund through an adidas gift card.

Some exclusive CONFIRMED app items have a limited return period, which is communicated on the product page. Additional exclusions apply, including for resellers and those who provided an incorrect shipping address.

We reserve the right to deny resellers the benefit of our returns and refund policy, and we may charge a restocking fee in certain cases. Please see our Terms and Conditions for details.

If you place an order during the holiday promotional period (as noted in our Return FAQs), your order is eligible for a 60-day return from the time of delivery unless one of the above restrictions applies.
Return & Exchange Policy
We kindly ask you to also meet the following conditions:

The product is in its original state and packaging.

All product components must be included to be eligible for returns or exchanges, including but not limited to lace charms, spare laces, and limited addition accessories.

Apparel has the original tags attached.

Accessories have all parts of the original packaging.

Footwear is in the original shoe box.

Please note that we are unable to accept any right of withdrawal from you for customized & personal items as these are made uniquely for you. These items can only be returned to us if there is a manufacturing defect.

For products with a protective polythene lining: If the protective lining has been removed, the product cannot be returned or exchanged due to health protection reasons.
